Rob Giampietro is a designer, writer, and teacher. From 2003 to 2008, he was co-founder and principal of the award-winning design studio
Giampietro+Smith. His commentary on design and visual culture has appeared in BusinessWeek, Design Observer, Dot Dot Dot, and more. He teaches at Parsons in New York and in the Graduate Graphic Design program at RISD in Providence, Rhode Island.
